From tank to nozzle

Spraycom spraying components

Geoline components from Spraycom and Comet pumps for boom and air-blast sprayers: control units, pumps, valves, filters, nozzles, tank lids and fittings. Spraycom and Agres are part of the Tecomec Group.

Geoline control unit for boom sprayers

Control unit for boom sprayers

The control unit brings together, in a single assembly, the valves that control the spray mix on its way to the boom. This version, for boom sprayers, is modular, with manual or electric actuation and constant or proportional pressure regulation.

Each assembly includes a main shut-off valve, regulating valve, maximum pressure valve, section valves and filter. It serves booms with 2 to 7 sections.

  • Modular construction
  • Manual or electric actuation
  • Regulation: constant or proportional pressure
  • Filter built into the assembly
Geoline control unit for air-blast sprayers

Control unit for air-blast sprayers

Control unit version for air-blast sprayers and low-volume machines. It works from 20 to 60 bar, above the boom sprayer version, and keeps the modular construction and manual or electric actuation.

Each assembly includes a regulating valve, maximum pressure valve, dump valve, section valves and filter. It serves 2 to 4 sections.

  • For air-blast sprayers and low-volume machines
  • Manual or electric actuation
  • Brass option with solenoid section valves
  • Radio remote control version
Comet BP series low pressure diaphragm pump

Low pressure diaphragm pumps

Comet pumps, from the Tecomec Group, for boom sprayers. These diaphragm pumps work up to 15 or 20 bar, depending on the model, and range from 7.8 l/min, in the smallest, for motor-pump units, to 474 l/min in the BPV 500.

On large machines, two pumps can work in tandem to add flow or to split spraying, agitation and recirculation. For even higher flows there is the C 610 centrifugal pump, driven by a hydraulic motor: up to 655 l/min, at up to 10 bar.

  • Maximum pressure: 15 or 20 bar, depending on the model
  • Flow rate: 7.8 to 474 l/min for diaphragm pumps
  • Series: MC, P 36/15, BP K, BP, BPX, BPS and BPV
  • 2 to 6 diaphragms, in NBR, Desmopan or Viton depending on the model
  • Driven by PTO, hydraulic motor, electric motor or combustion engine, depending on the model
  • C 610 H and HS centrifugal: up to 655 l/min and 10 bar, with hydraulic motor
Comet MP 20 and MP 30 medium pressure diaphragm pumps

Medium pressure diaphragm pumps

For working at around 30 bar on smaller machines: spot spraying in greenhouses and small vineyards, with the pump mounted on a wheelbarrow, pickup, rototiller or motor-pump unit.

The MP 55 was developed for organic spraying with kaolin, which corrodes common materials. On the P 40/20, all parts in contact with the liquid are polypropylene and stainless steel, for maximum corrosion resistance.

  • Maximum pressure: 20 to 30 bar
  • Flow rate: 22.4 to 56.5 l/min
  • Series: MP 20, MP 30, P 40/20, MP 55 and P 48
  • 2 or 3 diaphragms
  • Driven by PTO, hydraulic motor, electric motor or combustion engine
  • Pressure accumulator as standard on the MP 20 and MP 30
Comet APS series high pressure pumps

High pressure pumps for air-blast sprayers

Pumps for vineyard, orchard and olive grove air-blast sprayers, from 40 to 60 bar. The body is compact to fit the limited space on the sprayer, and the construction withstands the cardan shaft loads and transmits power to the fan.

On the APS series, the parts in contact with the liquid are anodized aluminum; on the IDS, brass, which according to the manufacturer better resists abrasion and chemical corrosion. The YA and YB series are piston pumps.

  • Maximum pressure: 40 to 60 bar, depending on the model
  • Flow rate: 28 to 259 l/min
  • Series: APS, IDS, IDS HD, YA and YB
  • APS and IDS: 3 to 6 diaphragms · YA and YB: 3 or 6 pistons
  • Speed: 550 rpm (APS and IDS), 600 rpm (YB) and 650 rpm (YA)
  • Driven by PTO, pulley or hydraulic motor; APS, YA and YB also with electric motor or combustion engine
  • APS BE versions, with hardened steel valves, for shading greenhouses with calcium carbonate
Geoline two-way and three-way ball valves

2-way and 3-way ball valves

Geoline ball valves for the spraying circuit. The two-way valve opens and closes the flow of the spray mix. The three-way valve diverts the flow and comes in on-off and continuous-flow versions.
